I was so tired of chasing granulation tissue with a standard surgical curette after extractions. The more i scraped the less that came out. Many times, I spent more time dealing with removal of the granulation tissue that i did performing the extraction. Dr. Britt suggested that i try the DIS microsurgical curette with microserrations. What a difference! With a fraction of the time and effort the granulation tissue was efficiently removed, setting the stage for a successful socket preservation bone graft.
